Tahira Qazi House, named in honor of the courageous and martyred principal Tahira Qazi, embodies the values of bravery and courage that she exemplified during the Army Public School Peshawar massacre. Led by DS Hina Mustan for the past six years, the house has consistently demonstrated excellence in both academics and co-curricular activities at Girls Cadet College Mardan. In the session 2023-24, Tahira Qazi House emerged as the Champion House, showcasing its all-around prowess.

 

The house boasts a strong presence in college sports teams, including handball, volleyball, and futsal, with members competing at the board and national levels. Notably, Aima Ibrar holds a black belt and global license in taekwondo, while Sundus Jamil has won a national-level gold medal in volleyball.

 

Furthermore, Tahira Qazi House has introduced the innovative “Green Innovators” club, focusing on recycling and reusing materials. This initiative reflects the house’s commitment to creativity, sustainability, and community service.

 

The cadets of Tahira Qazi House steadfastly uphold the college motto, “Reach for the Stars,” striving for excellence in all endeavors. Their academic achievements and active participation in various activities demonstrate their unwavering commitment and determination. With attributes of courage, bravery, and discipline, they are a source of pride for the college, inspiring others with their exemplary spirit.
